As we review the second quarter of 2025, Dagda International is proud to reflect on a period of significant operational achievements and continued global growth.
Throughout this quarter, our teams have successfully delivered protective services on a larger scale than ever before. We coordinated and executed safe evacuations out of Tel Aviv during a time of heightened regional instability, demonstrating once again our ability to act swiftly and decisively in complex environments. In Europe, we provided executive protection and secure transportation to multiple clients attending a major conference in the South of France, ensuring their safety while navigating a high-profile international event. In the United States, our teams supported several large-scale gatherings in New York City and Washington, D.C., where we delivered comprehensive event security solutions. In addition, we are proud to report the deployment of two full-time embedded residential security teams, now fully operational and delivering round-the-clock protection to our clients.
Beyond our operational scope of work, this quarter also marked a milestone in Dagda’s corporate journey. We formally transitioned from a Limited Liability Company to a Corporation, and established Dagda International Inc. as a business entity in California. This evolution reflects both our growth trajectory and our long-term commitment to delivering world-class protective services under a structure that supports scale and sustainability.
To ensure our continued ability to uphold the highest operational standards, we have expanded our Global Operations team with several senior appointments. We welcomed a new Chief Operating Officer and a Director of Protective Services, both based in California, bringing additional leadership capacity in one of our core regions. We hired two Regional Operations Managers, one based in the United Kingdom who serves Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), and one based in Thailand who covers the Asia Pacific (APAC). In addition, we have also expanded our back-office support structure in the United States with a dedicated Finance Manager based in our North Carolina office.
