When you have a requirement for Protective Services support anywhere in the world, you can simply email our operations team directly at ops@dagdaint.com or use our contact form.

DAGDA OPERATIONAL PLANNING AND LOGISTICS

1. Request

You can send your operational planning request to ops@dagdaint.com or use our contact form below. If you need immediate support from our operations team call +1 (603) 953-7643 

2. Assigned

 You will be assigned an operations team manager as your single point of contact throughout the process. They will promptly reach out to you to discuss and collaborate with you on a plan for your requested support. 

3. Estimate

 Based on the agreed-upon coverage, your operations team manager will provide you with a cost estimate of the protective services support. 

4. Set up

  1.  Your operations team manager will assign and schedule the appropriate resources (either our local Dagda resources or our vetted external partners) and start communicating all known operational planning requirements to them. 
  2. Once the operations manager has confirmed the team, they will send you full details

5. During the task

 Your operations team manager will: 


  1. Remain in contact with you throughout the task to ensure you are receiving the level and type of service you expect 
  2. Monitor the local team via our various communications means and trackers 
  3. Make any corrections or changes requested or as needed. 
  4. Assist with any itinerary changes to ensure you meet your journey goals. 

6. Closeout & Debrief

We will connect at the end of the assignment to get your feedback and process invoices. 

Please note, that your feedback is highly appreciated and very beneficial to us to ensure we can continue to meet your expectations of support. All feedback is reviewed, stored, and used to update your profile
